I’ve been fortunate to have had teachers, mentors, and coaches who’ve made an incredible impact on my life. I hope you too can remember people who have done the same for you – whether in a big way or small.

Working with a coach is an investment in yourself. Coaching is a collaboration, designed to create shifts, to change trajectories.

About the process

It’s a process of becoming clear on where you want to go, what inspires and motivates you, discovering and reinforcing your strengths, working through obstacles, and perhaps most importantly; living a life defined by choices.

Ultimately, as you work with a coach you develop a set of tools that can be used anytime as you move through life and towards your personal goals. It’s a process of planning for the knowns, and preparing for the unknowns.

I work with clients in the context of their health, fitness, and well-being. Change can be hard, and it is both an art and science. Together, we’ll establish your priorities and implement strategies that respect current circumstances but also challenge you to think and choose differently.  Simultaneously, we’ll identify limiting thoughts and beliefs and replace them with honesty and inspiration.

How are sessions conducted?

We can meet in person or sessions can be conducted by phone or Zoom. The frequency of our meetings is flexible, but designed to help you maintain momentum. I also provide brief communications (text or email) in-between sessions.
